Lisa Everest

Lisa Everest is a third-year PhD student at the MIT Operations Research Center. She is advised by Prof. Dimitris Bertsimas. She completed her undergraduate studies in 2019 at MIT in Mathematics with Computer Science (18C) and Management (15-1). Before returning to MIT for graduate studies, she worked for three years as a quantiative associate at Goldman Sachs, in the Special Situations Group in the Asset Management Division, Private. Her work and interests are in prescriptive analytics, the combined power of machine learning and optimizaton, and applications in healthcare.
